Weber County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service. It does not store official booking, custody, court, or correctional records, and it cannot confirm a person's custody status, arrange a release, file a government document, or make a public-record decision.

The site directs visitors to resources such as the WCSO roster, Weber County NextRequest, UDC, Utah courts, and third-party research tools. Official records remain with the public office that maintains them.

Permitted Use

You may use the site only lawfully and responsibly. You agree not to:

• use the site in violation of any law or regulation;
• stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person;
• use information from the site for a prohibited FCRA-regulated purpose;

FCRA Prohibited Uses

Weber County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. You agree not to use information from the site or a linked tool for:

• an employment decision, including hiring, firing, promotion, or reassignment;
• tenant or housing screening;
• a creditworthiness decision or insurance premium determination;
• licensing, permit, or government-program eligibility; or
• any other purpose covered by the FCRA.

External Resources

Links may lead to jail rosters, booking information, sheriff and corrections pages, court portals, legal-aid resources, federal locators, and outside search services. They are supplied for convenience, not as an endorsement. The site does not control their content, uptime, data handling, pricing, or terms, so review each destination's policies before using it.

No Warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that content is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that a partner's results are exhaustive. Custody and public records change quickly, and nothing here is an official statement by WCSO, UDC, Utah Courts, or another government office.

Liability and Indemnity

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Weber County Busted Mugshots and its operators are not liable for damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site or a linked resource. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use or violation of these Terms.

The site's text, graphics, logos, design, and code belong to Weber County Busted Mugshots or its content partners unless otherwise identified. They may not be copied, distributed, modified, or reused without prior written permission, except where law permits.

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be adjusted only as needed and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
